Inaction in complex situations is not a successful decision. Continuous adaptation to constantly changing conditions requires different competencies than before. Hospitals & healthcare

Hospitals and the healthcare sector have opportunities to improve in health care safety, which is part of our expertise, but above all opportunities to prepare better for crises. Our core team consists of genuine specialists in hospital emergency planning and in maintaining business continuity in medicine. Medicine is the system we come from.

Critical infrastructure

All organisations subject to the KRITIS umbrella act (Germany) or the Austrian Resilience of Critical Entities Act (RKEG) must provide evidence of mandatory training to meet the legal requirements. We are the training provider that brings the highest expertise together under one roof.

In principle, all companies subject to the European CER Directive 2022/2557 are obliged to act. For all other companies, however, these provisions make just as much sense.

Industry & business

Companies that are not subject to critical infrastructure legislation can also benefit enormously from these competencies, increasing their cost-effectiveness and maintaining their resilience.

The reason is that the best crisis management lies in preparing for crisis situations: in times when resources and time are available, competencies can be built and decisive procedures standardised and established. Crisis situations allow no additional burden. That is why times of economic success and relative calm should be used wisely. Once storm clouds appear on the horizon, it is usually very time-critical or too late.

Public administration

Preparing for crisis situations is just as essential in public administration. Civil protection, supply structures and communication channels depend on a well-functioning public administration. When everything runs smoothly, public administration is not in the spotlight. The real test is a crisis: then, suddenly and predictably, everyone looks very closely.
