With our highly realistic Airbus A320 flight simulator, we create a unique learning and analysis environment in which people experience their own behaviour under time pressure, uncertainty and high workload first-hand.

Participants take on the role of pilot and are deliberately confronted with complex and unfamiliar situations. Precisely because no prior expertise is required, individual behavioural patterns, decision-making processes and personality traits become visible.
While two people actively fly the simulator, the other participants follow events from an observer’s perspective. This enables a nuanced reflection on communication, collaboration, leadership and decision-making – from the perspective of those experiencing the pressure as well as from the unburdened observer’s position. Who perceives what, and who has the opportunity to think decisively ahead? What does this mean for your own teams, your own leadership and your communication?
In the highly dynamic environment of the cockpit, the same patterns emerge that are at work in modern organisations, projects and crises: How is information processed? How are decisions made? How do teams communicate under pressure? How is leadership perceived in ambiguous situations or crises?
Structured debriefings, video analysis and professional facilitation produce insights that often remain hidden in conventional training and seminar formats.
The flight simulator is far more than a training environment – it serves as a platform for development, diagnostics, assessment and lasting learning.
